Let’s come straight to the point and talk about the sound quality it offers. Realme Buds Q emphasize more on low frequencies and thus it’s focusing more on bass lovers.

For fine tuning the music you will have to use your smart phone equalizer as Realme doesn’t provide any inbuilt feature in the app.
At high volumes music distort a little bit which is not a deal breaker though at this price point.
For taking calls the person on the other end might face a little difficulty while hearing your voice as the mic is placed quite far from your mouth. Although this will work fine if you are using them in your room or some quite place instead of those noisy corners.

The Bluetooth range is good enough for a daily use. You won’t feel any problem using it when your phone is around but it might give you issues when there are walls in between or you are trying to use them in a different room.
Realme Buds Q offers touch controls on the Buds Q, something that is not available on most true wireless earphones in this budget.
Double-tapping on either of the earbuds cause play/pause music or pick up phone calls and you can triple-tap for the skip tracks. You can also long-press either of the buds to bring up Google Assistant.
There is a gaming mode provided by Realme. Long pressing of both earbuds enables the same. The latency is very low and it’s good to use them while playing games like Pub.

One aspect that makes Realme Buds Q stands apart is it’s battery back up. It has got 20 hours of battery back up when used with case on one single charge.
Without case it survives for more than 4 hours.
